Choosing among the best Australia visa agencies in Bangladesh is harder than it looks. Dozens of Dhaka offices promise quick approval, but only Australia’s Department of Home Affairs decides, and no agency can guarantee a visa. A good agency checks your documents, explains the rules honestly and shows its fees upfront.
This 2026 guide compares 10 agencies that help Bangladeshis with Australia visas or Australian study admissions. Travel Next BD is listed first, and the disclosure below explains why. For each agency you get what it is best for, where it is based and what to check before paying. Want advice right now? Call Travel Next BD on 09617557700.
How we ranked these Australia visa agencies
We looked at five things: a clear scope of Australia visa services, honest talk about approval chances, a Dhaka office you can visit, a public track record such as reviews, awards and years in business, and support beyond the form itself, such as document checks, interview guidance and travel bookings.
Disclosure: this list is published by Travel Next BD, which is why it appears first. You can read more about our team and see our awards and media coverage. Details for the other nine agencies come from their own websites and public news coverage. Services, fees and office addresses change, so confirm directly before you pay anyone.
Which Australia visa do you need?
Most Bangladeshi applicants fall into one of two groups, and the right agency depends on which one you are in.
- Visitor visa (subclass 600): for tourism or visiting family and friends. You apply online, you cannot work on it, and you must leave before it expires. Our tourist visa service covers this route, and our guide on how to apply for an Australia tourist visa from Bangladesh walks through it.
- Student visa (subclass 500): for study in Australia. You need a Confirmation of Enrolment from your institution first, and Overseas Student Health Cover is compulsory. Start with our education visa page.
- Family and migration visas: these pathways take longer and the rules change often. See our family visa and migration visa pages, or read the full Australia visa requirements for Bangladeshi citizens.
What changed in 2026: the standard student visa application charge rose from AUD 2,000 to AUD 2,500 on 1 July 2026. Bangladesh was also reported to have moved into Australia’s highest-risk evidence level for student visas from 8 January 2026, which means closer checks of bank records, academic documents and English test results. Student applicants should expect a longer, stricter process than in previous years.

How to choose a safe Australia visa agent
The Australian High Commission warns that scammers pose as migration agents and charge large fees for visas people do not qualify for. Run through this checklist before you pay anyone.
- Ask who the registered migration agent is. In Australia, giving immigration assistance without registration is unlawful. Ask for the agent’s MARN and check it on the official OMARA register.
- Reject any guarantee. Nobody can promise a visa. Genuine agencies say so openly, as IDP and Travel Next BD both do.
- Insist on seeing your application. The High Commission advises that your agent must let you view your application in ImmiAccount, so you can check the visa type and status yourself.
- Watch for the fake “work visa” pitch. You cannot work in Australia on a visitor or transit visa. Scam agents often lodge a free visa and charge you for an expensive “work visa”.
- Get fees in writing. The government charge and the agency’s service fee should be listed separately.
- Read reviews for detail. Look for specific stories about waiting times and paperwork, and visit the office if you can.
The High Commission’s guide to choosing a migration agent lists the questions to ask. If you are still comparing options, our lists of the top 10 visit visa agencies in Bangladesh and the best 10 travel agencies in Bangladesh can help.
Documents you need for an Australia visa from Bangladesh
The exact list depends on your visa type and profession, and your agency should give you a personal checklist. These are the usual starting points.
Tourist (visitor) visa
- Valid passport with at least six months’ validity, recent photographs, NID and birth certificate
- Bank statement for the last six months, bank solvency certificate, income tax return and TIN certificate
- Job holders: employment letter, NOC and recent pay slips. Business owners: trade licence and company bank statement. Students: student ID and an NOC from the institution
- Day-by-day itinerary, flight and hotel bookings, and a cover letter explaining your trip
- Sponsor or invitation letter if you are visiting someone
Student visa
- Valid passport and proof of English language ability, such as IELTS scores
- Confirmation of Enrolment from your Australian institution
- Overseas Student Health Cover and a character certificate
- Genuine student statement and financial evidence, which now face closer checks
If any papers need attestation first, our documents legalization team can handle it. Sudden large bank deposits raise red flags, so be ready to explain every unusual transaction honestly.
Australia visa fees and processing times in 2026
- Student visa (subclass 500): AUD 2,500 for most applicants since 1 July 2026, up from AUD 2,000. The charge is generally non-refundable even if the visa is refused, and you must budget separately for Overseas Student Health Cover, tuition and proof of funds.
- Visitor visa (subclass 600): the charge depends on the stream, and third-party websites quote different figures. Check the current amount on the Department of Home Affairs website, and ask your agency to show the government fee separately from its own.
- Processing time: it varies by visa type, season and your documents. Student applicants from Bangladesh were reported to face longer processing after the January 2026 risk-level change. For a tourist trip, apply at least two months before you travel.
- How you apply: applications are lodged online through ImmiAccount, and a visa grant letter appears in your ImmiAccount messages. Our guide to the Australia visa check by passport number explains how to follow your status.
